Meals on Wheels of Lancaster’s Kitchen Highlighted

About two weeks ago the LNP called us to let us know they had heard about our work and impact on the community. They were interested in coming out to observe us cook, interview Chef Tom Didyoung, and hear about how we’ve managed the program. We have been around for 48 years and in those years they have been around a number of times to cover us. One of the reasons that we are able to stay quiet even in difficult times like a state budget crises is the ability to keep costs low and cook from scratch. We continue to move in that direction more and more and this helps improve the health and quality of our meals.
