For the 13th year in a row, Meals on Wheels America has been invited by Subaru of America, Inc. to participate in its annual Share the Love Event. Share the Love has helped deliver 2.3 million meals to America’s seniors nationwide!
We’ve participated in this event in years past and we were especially blessed (and also proud) to have raised over $52,000 last year alone. In 2019, we provided more than 165,000 home-delivered meals to more than 800 seniors. In 2020, we are well on our way to surpassing last year’s success. As you know, this service is more important now than ever before. Help us make 200,000 meals for 1,000 seniors by sharing the love with #Subaru.
How does it work? We’re glad you asked… Subaru will donate $250 to the customer’s choice of participating charities (that’s us!) for every new or leased Subaru vehicle purchased from November 19, 2020 to January 4, 2021.
